Hello readers!!
Hopefully the last post did not put you off, I was really in a weird mood. It's 1.36am Malaysian time and if my parents catch me I AM DEAD.
However I feel like blogging.
Sent off my UCB confirmation today. I swear to TRY to forget about that 23k USD of aid Beloit has offered me. So now I'm gonna have a brief list of the merits of UCB
(UCB = Uni of Colorado at Boulder)
1. 24 hours of credit
This is hard to beat. It's saving me almost a whole year.
2. Good weather. According to a nice guy, weather is not too cold and not too hot.
3. Location of a Buddhist University in Boulder. Wow. This is a big factor for me, hopefully I'll find some centers there where I can go meditate happily.
4. ROCKY MOUNTAINS. Skiing, hiking, lots of activities. I think this may be harder to get in Wisconsin where I might freeze due to my low cold tolerance.
5. Having just checked out the map where the Buddhist Uni is....... YES!!! IT'S LIKE JUST BEHIND UCB. A FEW STREETS AWAY. I am so going there to visit.

Yay. okay what else?
6. Looking at stats at UCB I do think with hard work I can make it to a good graduate school. But then again this is probably applicable to most unis.
7. Boulder is a college town. That's what Dad wants for me!
Okay thinking is done for tonight. Think some more tomorrow. Did I mention that UCB has a GORGEOUS campus?
Went out for mamak with Khai Shen, Kok and Mak today. As the only girl I was treated to a loooong discussion revolving around football/soccer. Thank goodness I have a passing interest in football.
On Sunday went to PC fair which was super crowded and I didn't get what I want. Then we went shopping. While walking from the Convention center to the mall........my sister's slipper broke and became un-usable. Poor girl had to walk around barefoot for almost 2 hours till we found her Converse hightops. OMG. admittedly I am slightly jealous but I don't really need hightops. What I did get were a pair of Everlast flip flops. at About RM25 they're a fantastic deal!! I wanted this feminine top-cum hoodie badly but OMG NO SIZE. curses.
On Saturday I visited my grandma. And was treated to dinner. And went to Pyramid. And went out for breakfast. So sad, I'm not very fond of hawker food anymore.
Hm, very late I should sign off. More when I can. For the record this is my 3rd day with no RO. so deprived. And I'm trying to decide between a pair of sunglasses with power vs contacts + sunglasses with no power. any comments please tell me!
