well well guess what? yours truly was blissfully sleeping when suddenly for what seemed like eternity, the air was punctuated by collective SCREAMS of excitement cum fear. When it just became too much to bear and Xtine got pissed, its throw off the covers and stomp outside in a fury to yell at the freaking idiots to SHUT UP. and when the screams failes to cease, I grabbed my specs (Stormed out in a fury without specs) and found that all the hullabaloo was caused by a giant black snake on the first floor outside chapel. I wasn't fazed, but OH MY GOD. THE IDIOTS SCREAMING WERE SCREAMING FROM THE FLOORS ABOVE THE FIRST.
what?! you think the snake can FLYYYY and bite you is it! You should be thankful that snakes are DEAF and don't FLY otherwise I'm pretty sure you'd totally get swallowed in an instant due to the racket you were making. And then after that all sorts of people were just RUSHING down to snap photos and look at the snake. WAH. Oldham Hall just became the NEW ZOO. And the other attaractions besides the poor giant reptile will be the screaming goondus. Admission is free of charge! Just bring earplugs to protect yourself from noise pollution!!
On another note all my sympathy lies with the snake. Just minding its own business, looking for a warm place to sleep and it just so unfortunately chooses a place where it becomes the center of attention and causes sooo much disturbance. It's not like its even going to EAT a boarder, probably too much cholestrol and bad for health due to the unhealthy eating habits loads of us have.
good luck to you Mr Snake! I hope you get placed in a better place where people won't act like goons and come rushing down with heavy treading feet that must be painful to your sensory systems!
