Oh man, this is what happens when you aviod blogging to study study study and sleep sleep sleep. One ta from Darell and one from Eld/Ai-chan. But before I get down to the itty bitty grity details that are soo gonna take me forever (but as a responsible-been-tagged-er I have to ans them...) first, CONGRATS TO KOH AND MY COUSIN QI LUN!!!!!! SPM results of the mentioned people were simply spectacular. muaks to both of ya!! so proud *wipes tear away* I'll blog again sometime this one week hols, but I have a strict REVISE AND STUDY YOU NUT programme so yeah, bear with the blog inactivity. To those who have been reading this blog since it was created, you can liken it to the inactivity in 2004. But I promise I wont abandon my blog like the ice ages that have plagues man kind, I WILL make the attempts to blog and give the occasional warm weather but don't expect any global warming. Pardon the jargon, but I've just finished this incredible book entitled "A Short History of Nearly Everything", and will give a book review next time.

(just a note, talking to William on MSN now, and he's FINALLY drinking the orange juice I passed to him when he was sick abt 3 weeks ago!!! LOL i am SO amused!!!!)

Oh ya, and my group got GOLD in the SEF competition we participated in on Saturday at Singapore Poly. Missed NUS open house, but oh well. To Germaine and Cia Ai: WE ROCK!!! WAHAHA 10 HOURS OF PREP = GOLD!!!!

I'm at my uncle's house at the moment, and as you can see, am really on a high. hehe. oh well, bear with it, I'm just so happy for the people. Also Grats to the AJ teams at the SSEF on their merits!

What were you doing 10 years ago?
whoa. long time. OMG I'm old! lol. er, 10 years, I'd be turning 8 that year.... (dang now my age is all out for (quote KOH) 700 million ppl to see? wait, like they would even care. anyway I'd be in class 2Hijau in my primary school, SRK Raja Muda, with my best pal Darell!! haha, and I THINK we were one of the few chinese girls to make it to that bottom class, everyone else was in 2M (obviously a better class) and I had, well, a simply SUPERB time then. life of all laugh and play and no worries! Hm, Darell and I were quite creative then, we had a pet tree in the field and had a game using erasers in place of dolls to play in school (you can't bring dolls to school, assuming I even played with any) and all sorts of interesting things, it could take up a wohle blog entry alone, my childhood. haha. and there was TIN TIN!!! lol. the king! and my chinese tutor (best remembered for: Close the Door Stupid!! *bam bam bam*) and his wife. haha. also Wolly-Woola, and well, the time of my life READING and Gobbling books!!!! Also the year I had a year-old baby sister to play with and my first year in our (new back then) house in Section 9! hm, also the year I started learning my times tables (in mandrin of course)

What were you doing a year ago?
This time last year? I think i was ENJOYING MY MARCH HOLS in Malaysia. haha, why a i not back there now????? still in the euphoria of the ASEAN scholarship, dreaming that I could simply do anything I wanted. Probably also the time I got ai-chan and myself lost due to my...er.... blurdom of assumptions. was getting used to life in singapore in general!

snacks? Do I even snack anymore? T.T nvm, I'll make a stab at reawakening those junk food cravings

1) dried fruits (i love those from Phil and Thailand, my dad gets great ones on some trips sometimes!!)

2) grapes! or mangoes! or apples, sweet if you please! (i sound like a health nut)

3) Pisang goreng from this certain stall in Brickfields, KL. omg its so....SO...... *drool*

4) Mum's CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES or APPLE CAKE!!! (which I obviously cant get)

5) gummy bears from the USA. yes, I only eat gummy bears from the USA. other lower grades, shoo! not accepted! (however, half a bag of these, I discovered, can last me almost half a year)

1) hm. Save the dying children of Africa. Assuming that I could get through all the damn red tape that is

2) maybe donate it to my seniors to let them realise their dream of building the "AJ Theme Park"

3) buy BOOKS and BOOKS and BOOKS.

4) go to as many countries around the world as possible. and drag my family along.

5) Er... I think I'd have run out of money now, so maybe I should first invest half my fortune into earning myself more MARNEEEE!!! hahaha

5 Bad habits
1) criticising the world's (and some people's) terrible grammer.
2) singing out to myself at random (this is fun if done with Vrilly and Jie Sin)
3) staring at people/things to get ideas on how to draw. best done in AJ library on sleeping ppl
4) drawing/ doodling in lectures and tutorials
5) torturing my lappie top into revolt by leaving it on all night. haha. Arti exploits it too! (glad I'm not typing this on the lappie top!)

2) artsy stuff. haha. draw, colour, CG (learning), painting, blah. XD
3) chatting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! phone, internet, in person! In short I'm a very.....talkatkve person
4) piano. PIANO. if its not playing then its listening, prefably to some cute guy with nice long fingers. wahaha. habit acquired from listening to my cousin play
5) playing with my dog, Floss. the lil thing is getting FAT according to my mum. omg!

1) dresses I wore when I was between 5 - 9 years of age. i distinctly recall a yellow one with huge polka dots....
2) blouses with HUGE lacy collars. i dont even see lil grls today wearing them T.T
3) a few formal dresses i have. I dont think I could even fit into them anyway.
4) attire with elaborate beaded designs and scratchy stuff on the inside that drives any sane person nuts
5) the prefect uniforms of SMKSSAAS, and the pinafores of malaysian primary school. and secondary school.

I'm waiting for the day when I can put the AJ uniform on this list. And ties too. haha. i seem to see the word "dress" a lot up there.....

3) my paints (which i had to dispose of, they all dried up...sobs) and brushes (they're almost useless without the paints. only the finest one is used now, when I am desperate to pin up my hair and cant find my scrungie)
