-a day spent in orchard -

Yeah...another Saturday spent in Orchard. My cousin Xin-yi from KL is in Singapore and I'm spending my Saturday and Sudnay morning with her ^^ So I showed her around the hostel this morning, and we spent the afternoon in Orchard with another of my cousins here, Ping jie-jie. I have had heaps of fun shopping and gazing at loads of stuff on sale, not to mention bought a few items at bargain prices!! (Bargain prices according to Xin-yi, who shops in KL more than I do)

Stuff I bought today?
A nice jeans skirt (for wearing out next time....long jeans can get really hot)
An orange top

And Ping jie-jie bought me and Xin-yi a top each as well. She said her husband, Micheal kor-kor would scold her if we paid for it. (Xin-yi and I are scheming on how to pay her back)

More than not, I walked and WALKED today! And that's after a gruelling PE session yesterday too, my leg muscles are aching like crazy now! Can't bend down properly using my legs.. And I've had heaps of eats today, Mos burger, a very sweet delicious ice chocolate drink(must go there again with my frens) and pasta and ceasar salad for dinner! Mmmm!! But the main thing was spending time with my cousins, time which I really enjoy. Good way to destress!

Xin-yi will be going back to KL tomorrow, with all her stuff she bought here in tow...and some winter clothing she got as well. So I gotta help her pack!

But what is really nice is that I'm staying out of the hostel tonight, in my cousin's place in Pasir Ris. For a government flat...this place is HUGE. I like it :D Just that it's really far from my hostel. Oh well. Gotta go!!
