This isn’t really the time to blog.
But even with reference to my title, I feel it is my duty to at least blog a vague idea of my life now. Otherwise I shall be forced into a ABC system….Abandon Blog Christine! Syndrome…
The last time I blogged was about a lousy day….now I shall just be blogginh in VERY general terms of my life since that post. Ever since my first PE lesson, things have been improving gradually for PE…thank goodness. We had our cross country today in this tiny little place with a big lake they dare to call a park and I’m dead tired. Well for this post I’m gonna try a different style…I’m going through the events backwards. Yesterday, Sunday I had a discussion with my debate-team members in our hostel….quite an interesting turn of events pertaining: THIS HOUSE FEARS THE OPENING UP OF CHINA. Not easy…but we’re working on it. Not divulging info incase my blog shows up in a search engine because of the motion I placed up there. After that I abandoned them to their discussion at 1.15 and dashed to get ready for another meeting (which I was forced into). Apparently I’ve been elected ‘representative’ for the JC1’s in my school/hostel…so it’s me and a guy, Kuan Chin. Went to this MRT station, Raffles Place and believe it or not, the meeting was held there. Rather informal. Meeting ended and I went to my uncles house to get my documents signed. Then my uncle took me out for dinner!! Japanese food I might add…delicious!! I went back to the hostel full to the brim…and watched a great presentation by the Indonesians. Then I was afflicted by this horrible affliction I haven’t experienced since I left Malaysia….a stuck nose!! Argh!! End result? Couldn’t sleep properly.
On Saturday we had Orientation in our Hostel…followed by a dedication service in the Methodist Church. On the whole it was an enlightening experience….hopefully it will rid me of the current ‘Church-phobia’ I tend to develop after a bad experience when I was 12. Otherwise nothing much…..just that this has been the most wasted weekend I have ever had. No homework DONE at ALL!! I even watched a horror movie with the JC2s….it was awesome!! Mass movies screened in the Music room to be watched together are fun!! Especially when you have the mass-reaction thing. Fun!!
Friday….was the day I got back earliest in the entire week!! It was so cool…and they were screening the movie ‘Troy’!! Too bad I didn’t know someone in my hostel was staying back…otherwise I’d have stayed back too. So me and Ying Lee (my friend) just hung around our seniors (who were playing the piano) and chatted until we were forced to go up and attend a ‘thing’ our floor was having. In the end…Ying Lee and I abandoned the movie (partially coz my nose was bothering me) and went to chat with another friend. Oh well so much about it. Thursday…the latest I EVER got back from AJ!! I left school 10 minutes before they locked up!! Bad experience to the max!
As for the other days….I’m way to tired to add more. Time to post!
