AAAAAAA

AAAAAAAAA!! Its the worst possible thing to happen after my SPM....I'm having problems connectiong to my internet!!!! This is a total catastrophe, and my only break is today........weeks after my SPM at my cousin's house!! I so need to check the ports on my com. Anyway I've been exteremly busy since my last BIO paper. Will not dwell on it, it gives me the blahs and the blues.

Let's start with the night after my SPM....unlike most spm CANDIDATES WHo IMMEDIATELY DROPPED OFF TO RECOVER THE MUCH NEEDED SLEEP, (oops, caps lock on and am too lazy to erase) I started cleaning my room. It looks great now, no more books to look like a war zone! In the week after my SPM, I was happily occupied in the Buddhist Maha Vihara....doing volunteer work there! I met my friend affectionately called "Dhammakecil" again, and had loads of fun with the kids there. I swear, my handphone battery has seriously been worn out by 3 kids aging between 10 and 4. (sigh) I had the oppourtunity to meet up with most of my old friends during the week, for example, Ang Jian Wei, Tan Mae Yue, Sunny, Teacher Ho, (the list goes on). Oh, and on the Friday after my SPM, I went out with my friends to Midvalley. Watched a movie but to me, the trip only meant so much to me because it was with my friends! Six girls, Sook May, Leong, Sui Jing, Lim, Joan and me!

Another thing I'd like to mention is my ASEAN Scholarship 'Test'. I took it on a Sunday, and as two of my firneds from Shah Alam took it on a Friday, I thought I was gonna be all on my lonely self. Much to my sursprise, who did I meet there? Lotws of aquaintances and old friends! First of all I caught sight of Samir, who is a guy from Bukit Bintang I met during a public speaking competition. We chatted and made vague plans for lunch. after that I saw the 2 people I have had the misfortune of being anti-them......Ashok and Arun from La Salle PJ. No need to elaborate. Then AFTER my Math and English papers (the math was horrible), I met Adrian!! From Damansara Jaya. That was the real shocker, since I practically walked past him, and went in my mind....GOSH IS THAT ADRIAN?? hehe, talk about reunion with people. Overall it was well worth it!

The next big event I have to add to this very long and only report in a long time to come is yesterday! I just found out from Samir (Sam) that the closing date for regestration of SATS is at the end of this week! The horror!! So i scheduled an emergency trip to MACEE with the help of my dad. Luckily for me, I had the good fortune to be able to go with Sam, so we were there practically from the moment Macee opened till it closed at 4.30pm. Much to our amusement, the lady at the counter commented on how 'hard working' we were. What a laugh! But I did get good info, and will have to go there again to submit my form and payment. After 4.30pm, Sam good naturedly acompanied me to Kinokunya to check out the SAT material they have there, reccommended to me by Jian Wei.

Come to think of it, this entry isn't very long, but I have to make it as brief as possible because I am not at my own house here!! Sorry folks. Er, don't email me junk stuff that is cute for the time being, I won't be able to read it and will delete it without opening. Thanks, and take care.

'I dreamt that I was composing a symphony....I had gone to my table to begin writing it down when I suddenly reflected: "If I write this part I shall let myself be carried on to write the rest. The natural tendency of my mind to expand the material is sure to make it very long...When the symphony is finished I shall be weak enough to allow my copyist to copy it out, and thus immediately incur a debt of 1,000 or 1,200 francs. Once the parts are copied I shall be harassed by the temptation to have the work performed; I shall give a concert in which, as is sure to be the case in these days, the receipts will barely cover half the expenses; I shall lose what I have not got; I shall want the necessaries of life for my poor invalid, and shall have no money for either myself or for my son's keep on board ship!"...I threw down my pen saying, "Bah! I shall have forgotten the symphony tomorrow." But the following night the obstinate symphony again presented itself...'
